JOB DESCRIPTION: Requirement Gathering Elicit analyze and document business needs from stakeholders through workshops and meetings Process Improvement Analyze current processes identify gaps and design futurestate solutions within Salesforce Solution Design Translate requirements into user stories process flows data models and technical specs often configuring declarative features like workflows flows objects and fields Project Management Manage the product roadmap backlog refinement and scope for Salesforce projects working with AgileScrum Stakeholder Communication Serve as a liaison between business users Sales Service Marketing and developers admins presenting solutions and progress Testing Deployment Support User Acceptance Testing UAT UAT and ensure business readiness for new releases Data Reporting Analyze data to provide insights build reports and manage data integrity Core Skills Knowledge: Salesforce Platform Deep understanding of Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud CPQ and declarative tools Flows Validation Rules Business Analysis Requirements engineering process modeling UML AgileScrum Technical Aptitude Familiarity with integrations data migration and system architecture Soft Skills Critical thinking problem solving excellent communication technical and nontechnical presentation and interpersonal skills Typical Deliverables User Stories Acceptance Criteria Process Maps AsIs ToBe Business Requirements Documents BRDs Data Models Technical Specifications Test Scripts Training Materials
