We're Hiring! Dispatcher Needed Location: Denton, Tx. Position: Full-Time- $25 per hour Join our dynamic team! We are seeking a Dispatcher to manage our delivery coordination and logistics operations. This role is key in ensuring timely deliveries and smooth communication between departments, customers, and drivers. Key Responsibilities: Prepare invoices, delivery tickets, and shipping documents Plan efficient delivery routes and assign drivers Work closely with customer service to resolve product availability and logistics issues Take customer orders and ensure on-time delivery Inspect shipping department equipment to ensure proper functionality Review and coordinate orders with drivers for accuracy Manage shipping reports, daily logs, and invoicing Work with independent truck drivers to ensure safe and timely deliveries Help with loading/unloading and delivery documentation Qualifications: High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) 1-3 years of experience in a logistics or dispatch role Strong computer skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook Excellent math and communication skills Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, operate a forklift, and perform general physical tasks If you're detail-oriented, enjoy problem-solving, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
